This handwoven pillow is a personal tribute to Berber women (our grandmothers too). It celebrates their face tattoos, a sign of belonging to the Berber community, a proud display of their cultural heritage.
Meemah pillow is handwoven by women artisans from the heart of the Atlas Mountains, as part of our ethical collaboration aiming at helping them generate consistent incomes.
It is handwoven with organic sheep wool that gives it a creamy color, as well as locally sourced cotton with mustard yellow, light blue, blush pink, and deep gray details.
